What if I did not receive an order number?

What is the delivery timeframe?
- Delivery in Visayas takes 1-3 days, while outside Visayas takes 3-5 days.
What if I want to cancel my order?
- You may email your request to odysseysupplycompany01@gmail.com. However, please note that this is subject for approval and may only be approved if your order is still at the "PENDING" phase, and has not yet been processed. Unfortunately, if the order has already been marked as "PROCESSED", we are unable to cancel it. This also means that the invoice is final and can no longer be modified.
How do I pay via Credit or Debit card?

When checking out, choose the Credit/Debit cards, Gcash, Maya and Online Banking powered by PayMongo. We accept local credit or debit cards for payments. Follow the instructions after being redirected to a new page to input your OTP for account security.
Where can I track the status of my order?
- Once your order is picked up by our shipping partner (J&T), you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
