What is an order number?
- The order number serves as your reference number for your order.
What if I did not receive an order number?

You might not have finished the order process if you did not receive an order number in your mail. We suggest that you reorder again, easily at www.odysseysupply.co
What is the delivery timeframe?
- Delivery in Visayas takes 1-3 days, while outside Visayas takes 3-5 days.
What if I want to cancel my order?
- You may email your request to odysseysupplycompany01@gmail.com. However, please note that this is subject for approval and may only be approved if your order is still at the "PENDING" phase, and has not yet been processed. Unfortunately, if the order has already been marked as "PROCESSED", we are unable to cancel it. This also means that the invoice is final and can no longer be modified.
How do I pay via Credit or Debit card?

During Checkout, select the Credit or Debit card powered by PayMongo option. We accept locally issued credit or debit cards for payments. Please follow the instructions once you have been redirected to a new page where you need to type in your OTP to ensure the proper measures to keep your account details safe.
Where can I track the status of my order?
- Your Odyssey! tracking number will be sent to your email. Follow the link directly to the third party courier site and enter your tracking number.
